At the Chiriqui Logistics Center, each warehouse costs approximately $840,000 USD, and there are a total of 10 warehouses. Together with a content strategist, we created the website to generate leads for the sale or rental of these warehouses. In addition to designing and developing the website on Webflow, I also created banners, business cards, and brochures for events promoting the warehouses.
The process involved gathering the client's objectives, which required a form for potential leads to provide their information and details about the warehouse features they needed. Additionally, it aimed to professionally and effectively convey the aspects of these warehouses using tables, images, and more. SEO work was carried out, and blogs were created for marketing and generating traffic, which quickly yielded results, even before the page was fully completed.
The creation process begins with designing each page with real content, validating it, and then developing it in Webflow. A comprehensive review is conducted before publication, making adjustments and ensuring everything is ready based on any feedback received. Finally, the page is delivered with the capacity for up to three editors who can create blogs, manage SEO, and make changes to text and images as needed.
