Process

When creating a website, it all starts with content-driven design, where I analyze the content and begin to understand what the client's customers are looking for. Therefore, after identifying the clients of my client, I create user stories that follow the following structure: "As a person, I want to learn or do something so that I can achieve a specific goal." For this project, three user personas were identified: individuals looking to decorate their spaces, investors, and fans.

After defining the target personas, the next step is to consider and address the obstacles that these individuals may encounter in order to achieve their goals. For this project, testimonials and an explanation of the process and what they would receive were utilized. The FAQs also play a crucial role and are divided into 10 questions and answers about the process, 5 to 6 questions about the experience, and 10 questions regarding pricing and the offered guarantee.

Next, I start creating the information architecture and the structure of the actual webpage. Following this, I create designs in Figma for the webpage structure. This phase involves multiple iterations and revisions to ensure that everyone agrees on what works well. Additionally, in many cases, the branding may be nonexistent or of poor quality. To provide a good user experience and effective UI, it is essential to begin with a strong brand identity. For this project, I also created a brand and identity, ensuring that the chosen colors and typography align with the content and the client. Mood boards can be created to review how products and other webpages function.

Finally, I begin developing the webpage in Webflow. During this process, adjustments are made to ensure that it functions well across all devices and screen sizes. Accessibility, alt text, links, contrasts, SEO, loading speed, animations, interactions, open graph, meta titles, favicon, reCAPTCHA, and other specifications are also taken into consideration. Lastly, the webpage is published, and ongoing iterations and testing are conducted using tools like Google Analytics and Microsoft's Clarity to understand user behavior and improve the webpage to achieve its goals.
